Hamilton Wentworth Minor Football Association is excited to announced we have partnered with the best football brands in the region to create the ultimate football skills camp. The partnership between HWMFA, CFL Players Association, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Hamilton’s NFL 5on5 Flag, Catholic Youth Organization, Hamilton Hurricanes, Sports Specific Training and Duane Butler Football Academy is unmatched in our opinion.

”Crusader Athletics is the C.Y.O.’s community wide, after school, health and fitness, sports and recreation program that serves over 25,000 boys and girls, ages 6 to 13 years old.

The Hamilton Wentworth Tiger-Cats Football Camp is a NON-CONTACT, skills teaching camp that is designed to give each player a solid foundation in football fundamentals. HWMFA is a registered not-for-profit association any extra funds from the camp will go directly back to the kids of our association to provide a better family football experience for our members.
No equipment is needed for the skills camp other than shorts and cleats. A camp T-shirt will be provided by age group
Tyke ages 7-8 (2006 & 2007)
Atom ages 9-10 (2005 & 2004)
Peewee ages 11-12 (2003 & 2002)
Bantam ages 13-14 (2001 & 2000)
Each player will receive 7 weeks of hands-on instruction as they participate in drills and new techniques. Our camp is designed to focus on the fundamentals of football, specific player positions as well as strength and conditioning.

The team of coaches will include past and present CFL players, members of McMaster Marauders Coaching staff, players, professional coaches, CJFL Hamilton Hurricanes, High School coaches and the coaching staff of the Hamilton Wentworth Tiger-Cats Football Association
CFLPA President Mike Morreale along with several former and current CFL players will be on hand to teach these young kids the fundamentals of Canadian football

The skills camp experience will help develop fundamental skills, such as blocking, tackling, and passing, receiving and running and will incorporate Flag Football skills and drills.
Regardless of your football skill level or if you play flag or tackle, The Hamilton Wentworth Tiger-Cats Football Camp promises to be a fun-filled, educational experience to introduce your child to the sport or enhance the skills if your child is already playing the game.
